Traffic Counts for Public Roads in Jackson County

The Jackson County Road Commission annually collects traffic count information for county roads. Traffic information for State Highways are not included in this collection. These include I-94, US 127, M-99, M-60, M-50, M-106, and the I-94 business loop. For information regarding state highways see the following link:

The Jackson County Road Commission collect traffic information for two primary reasons. One as a service to the public, and to assist in applying for federal funding for local road and bridge projects.
The following link is to an excel spreadsheet that contains the traffic data. Two columns of interest are:
ADT: This is Average Daily Traffic
85%: This cell represents the speed at which 85% of all traffic is traveling at or below the value in the cell (MPH).
