Driveway Permit

The current cost of a driveway permit is $40.00.
This can be mailed to the Jackson County Road Commission with the completed driveway permit form. The location of the requested driveway must be staked for the section superintendent to review.

Should a culvert be needed, the cost is $300 for a standard, 24 foot culvert installed, including the gravel.
